   These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ModernMail website ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

   ModernMail is an online service that allows users to upload or write documents and have them sent and posted on their behalf.

3. User-Uploaded Content

   Users may upload letters in PDF or Word document format and provide recipient details, including name and address. Users are responsible for ensuring that the uploaded content does not infringe on the rights of any third party and is not unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate.

4. Data Storage and Privacy

   All user data, including uploaded documents and recipient information, is stored securely and is retained for a maximum of 3 months. We do not share, sell, or distribute this data to any third party. All data processing is compliant with GDPR and current UK data legislation.

5. Monetization

   Users are charged based on their postage selection. All payments must be made before the Service is rendered.

6. Content Ownership

   The user retains all rights to the content they upload. ModernMail only provides a service to print and post the uploaded content and does not claim any ownership rights.

7. Dispute Resolution

   Any disputes or concerns related to the Service should be directed to the enquiries email ([email protected]). We will make our best effort to resolve any issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.

8. Termination

   Users or ModernMail may terminate the use of the Service by emailing the enquiries email. Termination will result in the deletion of any stored data related to the user.

9. Limitation of Liability

   Users are responsible for the content they upload. ModernMail does not review or monitor uploaded content. Any damages or legal issues arising from the content uploaded by the user will be the sole responsibility of the user.

10. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with GDPR and current UK data legislation. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved under the same.

11. Amendments

    ModernMail reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes.
