Users may upload letters and provide recipient details, including name and address. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights, is lawful, and that all recipient details are accurate and complete.

Data Storage and Privacy
All user data—including uploaded documents and recipient information—is stored securely and retained for a maximum of 3 months. We do not share, sell, or distribute your data to any third party. Monetisation, Payments, and Refunds
Users are charged based on their selected postage options and any additional services. Payments must be made in full before the Service is rendered. Refunds are provided only under exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

You retain full ownership of any content you upload. ModernMail provides a service to print and post your documents and does not claim any ownership rights.

Dispute Resolution and Limitation of Liability

While we will make every effort to resolve issues promptly, ModernMail is not liable for misdirected or undelivered mail due to inaccurate recipient details, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service.

ModernMail shall not be held responsible for delays or failures to deliver the Service caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or disruptions in postal services.
