What if it can't be delivered?: The letter comes back to us and we refund your order in full, and offer to send it again free by Special Delivery. If the address you gave was wrong, we refund the courier fee.

Can I send to several addresses?: Same-day delivery is for an order going to one address. You can send several letters to that address in one order.
