How it works

From your screen to their letterbox

What happens after you pay

Your order goes straight to our print queue in Manchester. Each stage below is done by a person, and you hear from us at the points that matter.

  1. 1. We check the file

If a file will not open or print properly we hold the letter and email you a link to upload a replacement, charging or refunding any difference, so nothing goes out looking wrong.

  2. 2. We print it

On white 80gsm A4, double-sided, in black and white or colour as you chose. Premium 100gsm paper and single-sided or stapled finishing are options at checkout.

  3. 3. We fold and envelope it

Into a plain white C5 envelope with the recipient's address and, if you added one, your return address printed on it. Boardback C5 and unfolded A4 envelopes are available for documents that must stay flat.

  4. 4. We post it with Royal Mail

Letters leave in batches through the working day on the service you chose. When yours is posted we email you, with the Royal Mail tracking number for Signed For, Tracked and Special Delivery letters.
